Shipping & Delivery
At FRANSOLANOSTUDIOS, we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from our studio in Madrid, Spain.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Spain & Europe (EU): FREE Shipping on all orders over 50€.
- Spain & Europe (EU): For orders under 50€, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
- Rest of the World: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Delivery Times (Estimates)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times after the order has been processed (24-48h):
- Spain (Peninsula): 3 – 5 business days.
- Europe (EU): 5 – 10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days depending on the destination country.
All orders are shipped via Correos Spain or local certified couriers. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside the European Union, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. FRANSOLANOSTUDIOS is not responsible for these additional charges. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs office of the destination country.
